This chapter was founded by Harold Lowe C.M.I., and Dean of Sharondale Academy of Arts and Trades ; a local training facility for up and coming home inspectors. Harold has 37 years of experience in the industry , including but not limited to , most of the trades from framing to furniture building , ballasts to block -laying , forms to fireplaces , and home building to home inspections. Harold is a Board Certified Master Inspector who thoroughly enjoys imparting his knowledge built on experience ,to those seeking to learn. Harold's wife and business partner , Sharon ; also a well qualified home inspector in her own right , joins Harold in a mutual vision to see the home inspection industry standards raised to their highest possible potential and to educate the public , the real estate professionals , the insurance companies and money lenders in general , in every way possible to the growing neccessity to have every home ;old or new , bought or sold , to be inspected at least once by a  "qualified professional home inspector "
