This course in how to perform Commercial Inspections provides everything an inspector needs to  know about successfully expanding into the commercial arena. The course is comprehensive, and fast paced.
All aspects of commercial inspections are covered, including Current and Newly emerging standards, project managing, team building, client negotiations, assessment, Disability code compliance, report writing, preparing a scope of work, and inspection agreements. This course covers it all, and prepares the inspector's knowledge base to be able to move forward and perform these lucrative inspections with a thorough understanding of the standards and the Process of the inspection.

The well class is unlike any other. We go over everything from aquifer to disease vectors. We discuss well construction, operation, equipment functionality, and evaluation/inspection techniques.
Most importantly, most people dont understand what can go wrong with wells and well water, or how to coach a client as to which tests may be necessary. Many also have no idea how to keep themselves out of trouble, even when they arent called on to take a sample.
As to sampling and handling, there are specific critera for handling and holding times based solely on the type of tests that are being run.
 
 
As you can see this will be an Information packed weekend of education. Seating is limited Register before it's too late.
